A different style, but the same elegance is untouched: Villa Lilia rediscovers a more local language with its traditional forms and the use of local stone blocks, entirely recovered and restored. The 260 square meter surface area, distributed over two floors, alternates private rooms with large convivial spaces: the centre of the house is the glass wing where the large kitchen and the living room with its fireplace forge a bright backdrop for socializing. When the weather is good, the large barbecue, in local stone, with a copper hood and fire-resistant grill top becomes the main attraction during the 1.000 square meter garden parties.

The choice of materials and the exquisite works reflect great care and attention to detail which combine to create an environment of relaxed elegance. The stone inserts and the particulars in iron have been recovered, restored and repositioned to their original location, keeping the original charm of the villa intact.
